There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Martin: Page 3, line 20, following "appropriation": Insert "and conditioned upon at least 50 percent private enterprise matching funds being made available" Representative Martin moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. And so, Amendment No. 1 was not adopted. Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB315(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 315(FIN) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSHB 315(FIN) pass the House?"
